Let me take this opportunity to introduce myself. My name is Steve. This section is for members to introduce themselves. Let me do a brief introduction of myself. My name is Steve and I am 38 years old. I am married now for 4 years to a wonderful and very seductive woman Michelle. We have a 18 month old girl Sandy together as well as my 11 year old step son Gabe.
I have stuttered since I was 2 years old. My immediate family don't stutter. I have a twin brother Jeff. Childhood for me with the stutter was rough which I would imagine it would be for most kids.
When I was 16 years old I couldn't let people trounce all over me because of my stutter. I had enough. I said to myself "I don't care what anyone else thinks or says about my stuttering I am not going to let it bother me."
From that day forward I accepted my stutter! I felt better about myself and to this day I feel comfortable with my stutter.
Which I hope everyone is comfortable with their stutter as well.
